Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Imperial Organic Green Tea, operated by Shruti Aggarwal. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at shruti.spjain@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please note that personalized or perishable goods, such as opened or used tea packets, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or are deemed defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product).
